With the presidential election already having been declared, people across the U.S. took to social media sites, displaying post-election anxiety.

A variety of emotions ranging from disappointment to fear are part of this year’s post-election sentiments.

For those struggling with post-election anxiety, here are five hotlines and organizations dedicated to helping those with emotions in the wake of what is considered to be one of the most important elections in the nation’s history.

    1. BlackLine: This space prioritizes BIPOC to create a safe place for those who are systematically oppressed. BlackLine particularly emphasizes helping Black, LGBTQ, and Black Femme individuals. With its hotline, a dedicated group of volunteers listens to callers’ experiences as part of its mission to promote social justice through counseling. All of the calls are confidential and are guaranteed not to be shared with law enforcement. Calls can be made at 1 (800) 604-5841, or emails can be sent to info@callblackline.org.
    1. 998 Lifeline: This crisis lifeline is designed for everyone to get access to free one-on-one care in moments of crisis, allowing callers to feel heard. With counselor support, 998 Lifeline’s mission is to provide emotional support to everyone who is looking for help. Founded in 2005, each counselor receives support from an investigation team from Columbia University’s Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene. Along with call, text and chat options which are all available, the service also provides options for deaf people with a crisis.

If you're feeling stressed or anxious today, the 988 Lifeline is here for you, 24/7. Text or call 988. https://t.co/rRqUSHdSYF

    1. Crisis Text Line: The Crisis Text Line provides support for anyone with a crisis emergency. The helpline assists with the effects of gun violence, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, suicide and self-harm. Every call and text is free and confidential, made specifically for anyone who needs to vent. To connect to the Crisis Text Line, anyone is able to text HOME to 741741. To deal with election anxiety, the helpline has counselors dedicated to those who need help, reaching out by texting ELECTION to 741741.
    1. Wildflower Alliance: The Wildflower Alliance provides help to those dealing with emotional distress and trauma, those who want to heal and those who are discriminated against. The organization provides peer-to-peer support to anyone who needs it. Each counselor has felt the same emotions and is able to discuss struggling feelings alongside the visitor.

    1. Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective: The Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective is an organization dedicated to creating care systems for Black communities. By building eco-systems with therapists, community leaders and healers, the organization helps Black people gain access to proper emotional health care.
